Cloud Voice Handsets are dependent on a working internet service. If your internet connection faces an outage for any reason, you may lose access to your Cloud Voice service.
To mitigate against such scenarios Onebill can enable the disaster recovery feature to ensure that any incoming calls are routed to an external number of your choosing. Your dedicated landline and broadband line (provided as part of your package) will also be available.
